Oblong 13.5 cm (5 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches), contemporary signature of Charles Miley & a modern ink name stamp on the end papers, large stain on the ffep; arc of blue ink on the title page; ink stain in the top margin first 20 leaves, affecting some text; leaf 51-52 with long tear in bottom margin, affecting bottom edge of the stanza. 132 pp., text complete.
