A history of Saratoga, New York, the Mohawk name for the area being Kay-Ad-Ros-Se-Ra. Relates the discoveries of Lake Champlain and Lake George, the wars of 1666 and 1686, 1709, 1744, the French & Indian War beginning 1755, campaign of Burgoyne in 1779, and a history of the village untill the end of the 18th century.
