19th Congress, 2d Session. Report No. 141. House of Representatives.

One Congressional Report with 98 folding charts. Letter from the Comptroller of the Treasury, transmitting Reports from the Third Auditor. 1. Of the names of such officers as have not rendered their accounts within the year. 2. Of accounts in his office which have remained unsettled more than three years prior to the 30th September last. 3. Of money advanced prior to 3d March, 1809, on the books of the late Accountant of the War Department, and which remain to be accounted for.

There are 98 folding charts in this volume, and the ones that I have looked at have the date 1817 for the beginning of the record. The charts list alphabetically the names of officers in US military service, with their rank & regiment, and moneys due or unsettled. Many of the officers had received an advance on pay and owed a portion of it back to the government. If we had the time I think these folding plates would sell individually, but, alas, we have hundreds of these volumes and lack the time. An opportunity for you!
