Half black leather with marbled boards, binding is scuffed & edge-worn, chipped at the head of the spine, good joints, tight. 8 1/2 x 6 inches, marbled end papers & closed page edges, 809 clean pp., several folding maps, ex library (Special Collections) with several ink stamps and a lending slip at back. We treated the leather with a preservative (Cellugel). A few small pieces of old cello tape on the binding (once held a book wrapper in place). Good. Hardcover.
