A later printing, ca. 1892. It mentions "new states" joining the Union: North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Washington (1889); and Idaho and Wyoming (1890). It also notes that a new Territory of Oklahoma has been formed out of the western part of Indian Territory (1890).
