George McClatchey was moderator. Reports from the Presbyteries of Toronto, Hallowell, and Brockville. Lists questions for elders, ministers, and the committees of "Visitation Presbyteries." Prints the address to "His Excellency, Sir Francis Bond Head...Lieutenant Governor of Upper Canada," assuring him of the Synod's loyalty, and wish to support him in quelling any "bitterness of feeling, animosity and mutual recrimination" that exists in the Province.
