32 items bound in two volumes; including 5 duplicates making 27 different items, 32 total. Period half morocco, 2 volumes, "Catalogues" on spine of one volume, "Sale Lists" on spine of other. "Catalogues" is 5 3/4 x 8 3/4 inches with black leather boards, two small holes in ffep where it had once stuck to the bookplate; "Sale Lists" is 5 5/8 x 8 1/2 inches with red & gray marbled paper boards, small digs to the long board edges (evidently once in a stack tied with string). Wrapper fronts bound in for "Catalogues"; full wrappers bound in for "Sale Lists." Provenance: Mansfield Masonic Library (bookplates). Very good.

This unique, privately-bound collection of Masonic & related book catalogues identifies many old, rare and unusual items. Each catalogue or list contains books on Freemasonry, no matter what the title of the catalogue or list happens to be.  These lists chiefly include Freemasonry and Knights Templar books; there is one booklet on outfits, regalia, and other masonic items at the end of volume i.
