The annual report of the bishop in which he outlines his activities for the past year. This with a 9-page aside justifying his pattern of ordaining men with wide varieties of views which he deems non-essential, so long as they hold to the fundamentals of the Catholic faith in the tradition of the Church of England. He specifically mentions Calvinism and Arminianism as non-essentials.
"Tendencies toward extremes in what may be denominated the Catholic, the Calvinistic, and the Arminian views our our standards, have always existed without rending our unity or disturbing our harmony." - p. 26.
