An interesting note is the appointment of Mr. Harlan Page who was placed in charge of the Depository; you may know that his life story was soon to become one of the best-selling biographies printed by the ATS.
Includes testimonies of the "usefulness of tracts" by persons distributing them. The Address of Rev. Justin Edwards begins, "The object of this Society is to deliver immortal souls from a course of eternal sinning and eternal suffering; it is transform them into the perfect image of God, and raise them to a state of eternal holiness and bliss in heaven."
It includes a list of all of the publications of the Society as of 1826. It has 185 titles in English, 14 in French, and 14 in Spanish.
