The large (27 x 26.5 inches) folding map is in colors and is of Townships 5, 6, 20 and 41 - Totten & Crossfield Purchase, Hamilton County, N. Y. - featuring Raquette Lake at the center of the map. With lumbering data by E. S. Bruce. It has a 3 inch tear near where it is attached to the book.
We counted 16 bird plates by Louis Agassiz Fuertes, 9 fish plates by Sherman Foote Denton, and the following animal plates by Lang: Porcupine, Red Squirrel, Gray Squirrel, and Chipmunk.
