This report consists of charts and a few letters. The charts show by whom military pensions were to be dispersed, the dates and amounts of monies advanced to them, and the balances on hand. This information is presented in such a way that you can discern where the monies were given, as each agent has their home town listed.
The charts show agents names, the places where they were established, the banks with which they have been connected, and the legislative authority under which they are acting.
There are six letters appended dealing with the appointments and actions of the agents.
