Leather spine with marbled paper over card, red leather spine title label chipped at bottom, binding is very scuffed and worn with some loss of paper and rounded corners. Outer joints still good and intact, contents shaken. [i]-xx, [1]-296 pp., text counted and complete. Lacks one final end paper (blank) and the one present is torn with loss at the bottom, and has pencil rubbings of a matron head large cent. Text has light stains, some pencil notations, and foxing. Fair. Hardcover.
