Bordered in black with a column to the side for printed Scripture and other references. Separate title page for the Index Librorvm Prohibitorvm, Coloniae, Bernardi Gualtheri, 1621. This has v. preliminary pages and 123 pages of text, a final blank page. The text of the Index has some light foxing & stains. Emblem of the Society of Jesus on both title pages.
