The things you find in books

One never knows what will be found in an old book.  While working with an early 19th century American hymnal recently, this little item was recovered.

It is four leaves from Two guides to a good life. | The anathomy of sinne. And The genealogie of vertue. | Liuely displaying the worth of the one, and the vanity of the other.  Published in London, 1608, by an anonymous author.

It is a good example of late 16th and early 17th printing & orthography.
