He is now Secretary for South Asia. Dr. Crouch was born in South Dakota, the sone of Presbyterian missionaries (National Missions). He has served as pastor in California, a missionary in China, Westminster Foundation Pastor at the University of California and Western Area Secretary for the Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations.
