No. 4509 in Roberts, Revival Literature: An Annotated Bibliography. "Bonar's introduction on modern hostility to revivals is followed by historical narratives and appraisals of the revival of 1858-1850 by 38 contributors. The volume was originally issued in six monthly parts starting Fev. 1860."
Roberts thought so much of this book that he republished in in 1980 (Roberts 4510) with the comment: "This reprint volume ought to be carefully read by all persons truly concerned for revival."
This is the only first edition for sale that we can find online (Oct. 2019). The reprints by Roberts cost about $60.
