Nettie Dubose Junkin (1905-1986), b. in Lexington, Virginia, while her missionary parents were on furlough. She sailed with them to China as an infant and grew up at Sutsien, China, attending school in Nanking and Shanghai, and graduated at Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia. After studies in St. Louis and at the Biblical Seminary in New York she went in 1933 to China as a missionary with the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. Some account of her services during WWII are given, as well as her return to Chinese missions in Taiwan in 1953 and subsequent years there.
